Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Jutaji for your shopping needs. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. Please read our Return and Refund Policy to understand your rights and responsibilities.

1. 7-Day Return Policy:

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery for eligible products.  Please note that the return request has to be placed within the first 24 hours of receiving the product. The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

2. Return Procedure:

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

 

  • Issues Related to Empty Box / Missing Product / Wrong Product Delivered/ Defective Product Delivered Complaints will only be accepted for RETURNS against refund, all other requests will be rejected.
  • Raise Complaint within 24 Hours of delivery.
  • Click on the "Schedule Exchange / Return" within 7 days of delivery with your order number.
  • You will be redirected to the contact us form, wherein you can provide your name, email and phone number along with the reason for exchange / return
  • Once you have submitted the required details, our team will get in touch with you in the next 48 hours and take a note of the issues with your order. 
  • Next, our team will ask you to send the required video and images of the ordered item through WhatsApp 
  • Once our team goes through the details shared by you and approves the videos and images shared, you will be required to ship the product back to us through courier. Please note the cost of sending the product back to us will have to be borne by you. 
  • Once you have shipped the product back to us, share with us the tracking code through WhatsApp. 
  • Once our team receives the product sent by you, we will verify those products and if they are satisfied, the refund or the new product (in case of exchange) will be sent to you within the next 3 business days.
  • Capture a 360-degree video of the product, showcasing its condition and packaging.
  • Current timestamp should be visible either on the camera capturing screen during recording of the video or a separate physical device should be present in the video recording which is showing current date in DD/MM/YYYY format and time in HH:MM:SS format.
  • Securely pack the product along with all accessories and documentation.
  • Ship the product to the provided address. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Please note that with a single order number, no more than a single return/exchange requests will be entertained

3. 360-Degree Video Requirement:

As part of our commitment to transparency and customer satisfaction, we encourage you to take a 360-degree unboxing video. This video helps us understand the product's condition and packaging, reducing the likelihood of any disputes.

4. Refund and Inspection:

Upon receiving the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. Once approved, your refund will be processed. Please note that the refund will be issued using the original payment method and may take up to 10 business days to reflect in your account.

5. Exclusions:

  • Products returned beyond the 7-days window will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
  • Damaged, used, or improperly packaged products may not qualify for a refund or exchange.
  • Customised or personalised products may only be returned in the case of defects or damage.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Delivery Fees:

Please note that cash on delivery (COD) delivery fees are non-refundable i.e. Rs. 150/- These fees will not be reimbursed for returned COD orders.
